Place it against the skin under your arm for a couple of second to help warm the stick up, then glide it on like any other deodorant. Don't overdo it.

Proper Use
Shampoo bars work best when you use them twice. This is how they cleanse, detangle, and nourish.
Lather your hair once and rinse well. Then lather again. The second lather will be super foamy and thick. This is where all of the good extras like Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI is derived from coconuts), Cocamidopropyl betaine (derived from coconuts), Jojoba Oil, BTMS-50 (conditioner), Cocoa Butter, Vitamin B5, Sodium Lactate (hardener), Geogard (common preservative for shampoos and lotions), mica colorant, custom fragrance blend. oil and vitamins E and B5 soak into your hair and scalp.
Rinse again. Use one of our conditioner bars if desired.
